1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for most educational programmes if you have not yet started accessing the materials or coaching sessions.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed Coaching Sessions — Once a coaching call has been held, payment is non-refundable
- In-Progress Programmes — If you have accessed more than 25% of programme materials, refunds are not available
- Downloadable Materials — Once accessed, digital content cannot be refunded
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, contact us at info@poweriomotion.world with your order details. Include your reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel programme enrolment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after 7 days are subject to the 14-day refund window if materials have not been accessed.
6. Programme Pauses
If you need to pause your programme temporarily, you may do so for up to 4 weeks without penalty. Contact us to arrange a pause. After 4 weeks, the programme concludes and refunds are not available.
7. Coaching Session Rescheduling
You may reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
8. Group Coaching Cohorts
Group coaching cohort payments are non-refundable once the cohort has started. Cancellations before the start date are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase.
9. Disputes and Issues
If you have concerns about the quality of service or materials, contact us immediately. We will work to address your concerns or discuss alternative solutions before processing a refund.
